Is Adam & Eve any good?
Adam & Eve is one of the biggest names in US adult retail, owned by PHE, Inc. in North Carolina. The site sells everything from vibrators and strokers to lingerie, bondage gear and bath products, and puts a lot of its own-brand toys front and centre.
Its returns policy is the standout. You can return any item sold on the site, unless the product description says otherwise, for any reason within 90 days, for a replacement or refund. Adam & Eve-branded products carry a five-year warranty, and other brands can be replaced for up to two years. The catch: you pay the return postage, and the original shipping isn't refunded.
Privacy is handled well. Orders ship in nondescript envelopes and boxes with only your address and theirs on the outside; the name Adam & Eve doesn't appear anywhere on the package. On your card statement, the order shows as Adam Mail.
Standard shipping is slow: five to eight business days in the eastern US and ten to fourteen in the west, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Expedited is three to five days, and UPS 2-Day and Overnight are there if you need it sooner. Order express shipping before 2:45pm Eastern on a weekday and it goes out the same day. Customer service is available by chat or email around the clock.
